I sort of identified my anger induced headache as being similar to the one I get when I drink an icee too fast.."brainfreeze". Well it happens in the same spot. Was wondering what category a brainfreeze falls under such as migrane and how to treat it.

A brain freeze and a migrane are nothing alike.
To get rid of a brain freeze, put your thumb on the roof of your mouth and press pretty hard. It makes it go away, (I don’t know why though.)
If the pain is on just the right or left sidse it could be Migraine and they are BAD but sometimes if anger causes them it could be tention headache or possibly cluster.. Either way you need pharmacy drugs to get relief.. I was told that men get migraine as a child and outgrows about 18 or you get them in early 20′s and they will last until you are 50 GOOD LUCK HEADACHES SUCK
